When travelling, one of the most important things for the holidaymaker is trying the best, most deliciously cooked local cuisine. Our kitchen team is always exited to cook a large variety of healthy dishes in our kitchen. Our master Chef Jency who leads the team has a remarkable talent for mixing the right amount of Kerala spices on the right dishes. Her fresh locally caught Tuna Biriyani is legendary. We are proud that many people return to stay at our properties just to taste our amazing food again. Our team loves to chat about food with our guests and you are most welcome to come into our kitchen to see your fresh food being prepared. Breakfast is included in the cost and served at Mandaram Villas and dinner is also served at Mandaram Villas for INR 700/800 per head for each meal per person depending on the dishes you eat.

The perfect getaway

I am a frequent traveller to Marari Beach for Ayurveda treatment and usually stay at the lovely Marari Dreamz homestay. This time I was excited to try Allwyn and Jency’s new villas which are a short walk away from Marari Beach. I was not disappointed. The villas are brand new with lovely large tastefully furnished rooms with an enormous open-air bathroom. Each villa has its own private deck or garden area. The pool is large and deep, great for doing laps. Breakfast is included and was delicious and Jency’s local cuisine dinners were superb. The villas are ideal for families or groups of friends. I plan to come back with my family and book all 4 villas! Allwyn and Jency as always were very attentive and helpful during my stay. They are currently working on making the garden a tropical paradise.
